2-4-7: PENALTY:

Any person violating or refusing to obey any order of the board of health or destroying or mutilating or concealing any notice posted by or under the authority of the board of health shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 48, 10-17-1961)
