10-15.2-5: EXEMPTIONS:

All single-family detached and two-family residences shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter. Additionally, this chapter shall not apply to any building or land use that is listed as a permitted use within the conservation and agriculture districts in the city of Canton zoning code.
