A home occupation is allowed only if an occupant of the premises has obtained a home occupation permit as required by this chapter. The allowance of home occupations is not intended to nor shall it be construed to abrogate or otherwise modify other zoning restrictions, subdivision restrictions or covenants, or other restrictions that may apply to property for which a home occupation permit is granted.
