§ 96.20 FISHING.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to fish in any park except in those areas designated for open fishing by the Council and the State Department of Natural Resources regulations.
   (B)   No person shall clean fish or dispose of the remains except at facilities expressly designated for those purposes in any park.
