§ 96.18 FIRES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to start any fire in any park, except fires may be made by picnic parties in the park, but only in freestanding barbecue grills or in the places in the parks provided for the purpose and so designated by the City Administrator. Any person who starts any fire is charged with the duty of completely extinguishing fire or fires before leaving the park.
   (B)   Nothing herein shall be construed to limit or restrict the enforcement of provisions of the city code or other law regulating air pollution control and setting ambient air quality standards.
