§ 96.15 SALE OF ARTICLES.

It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any article whatsoever in any park or parkway, provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to sales of refreshments or other articles by the city, its duly licensed concessionaires or persons selling under its written direction.
