It is unlawful for any person in any park to take part in or abet the playing of games involving thrown or otherwise propelled objects including, but not limited to, balls, stones, arrows, javelins, model airplanes or darts except in areas specifically designated for forms of recreation. The playing of rough or dangerous games such as football and baseball is prohibited except on the field and courts and areas provided therefor.
