§ 96.09 CAMPING.
   It is unlawful for any person to set up tents, shacks or any other temporary shelter, nor shall any person leave in any park after closing hours any movable structure or special vehicle, such as a housetrailer, camptrailer, campwagon or the like, without the written permission of the Chief of Police. The Chief of Police may issue up to six permits for single, overnight camping per evening. A permit shall be required for each individual or nuclear family desiring to camp overnight. The permit shall specify where camping is permissible.
