§ 96.06 ERECTION OF STRUCTURES.

It is unlawful for any person to construct or erect or bring into any park any building or structure of whatever kind, whether permanent or temporary in character; or run or string any public service utility into, upon or across those lands, except upon special written permit issued hereunder.
