It is unlawful for any person to park, be in or remain in, or leave any vehicle in any park, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Provided, however, that this section shall not apply to those vehicles or persons involved in organized activities which are authorized by permit issued by the city to remain in a park.
