713.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall practice, engage in or perform plumbing services within the Municipality or make connections to the water lines of the Municipality outside the Municipality until he has made application for and secured a license to do so from the Manager.

713.02 QUALIFICATIONS.
   Such applicant shall offer proof to the satisfaction of the Manager that he is, by reason of training and experience, capable of performing the services for which a license is requested.

713.03 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS OF BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   A condition of such license shall be that all services, installation or work performed shall be accomplished as set forth in rules and regulations prescribed by the Building Inspector with regard to the installation, maintenance and servicing of plumbing within the Municipality, and to the making of connections to the water lines of the Municipality outside the Municipality. Failure to comply with such rules and regulations shall be deemed a violation of this section.

713.04 LICENSE FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
   The Manager shall charge and receive from the applicant the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each license granted. The term of such license shall be the calendar year in which it is issued unless sooner revoked as set forth in Section 713.99.

713.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. A conviction under this section shall automatically revoke any license issued. (Ord. 1952-5. Passed 3-3-52.)
