A Street Tree Plan can be provided in lieu of meeting the requirement of planting a tree every 30 lineal feet of street frontage as stated in Ordinance 1385 Exhibit B. The Street Tree Plan can compensate for driveways, utilities, or other obstructions that inhibit the 30 foot spacing requirement.
