§ 3.40.100   Remedies cumulative.
   Except as otherwise provided in §§ 3.40.110 and 3.40.130, the remedies provided in §§ 3.40.070, 3.40.080, and 3.04.090 are cumulative. No action taken pursuant to those sections shall relieve any person from the penalty provisions of this chapter.
