903.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where the penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Whoever violates Section 903.09 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation or each repeated violation by the same person shall constitute a separate offense.

(c) Whoever violates Sections 903.06, 903.07 or 903.08 shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
