903.06 SHADE TREE AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created and established the Shade Tree Authority, which shall consist of the members of the Planning Commission. Such members of the Planning Commission shall serve on the Authority so long as they are duly elected or appointed by the legislative authority and further are appointed by the Mayor to such committee.
