787.03 EMPLOYMENT IN SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS.

   (a)   No sexually oriented business operator shall employ or continue to employ any person if it is known by the operator, or reasonably should be known, that the person:

      (1)   Is under eighteen years of age;

      (2)   Has been convicted of a specified criminal activity as defined in Section 787.01;

      (3)   Knowingly has allowed the possession, use or sale of controlled substances in or on the permitted premises;

      (4)   Knowingly has allowed a specified sexual activity to occur in or on the permitted premises or has engaged in a specified sexual activity in or on the permitted premises;

      (5)   Knowingly has allowed or engaged in prostitution on the premises; or

      (6)   Knowingly has violated Sections 787.04(c) or 787.08.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
