1153.24 USE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.

   The following use and development standards in Sections 1153.24 through 1153.32 apply to development wholly within, partially within, or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in Section 1153.06 or 1153.22(a):

   (a)   Permitted uses. All uses not otherwise prohibited in this section or any other applicable land use regulation adopted by the Village of Canal Fulton are allowed provided they meet the provisions of these regulations.

   (b)   Prohibited uses.

      (1)   Private water supply systems in all special flood hazard areas identified by FEMA, permitted under Ohio R.C. Chapter 3701.

      (2)   Infectious waste treatment facilities in all special flood hazard areas, permitted under Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734.
