      (5)   Rules and regulations:
         A.   Key deposit (to be refunded when key is returned): $10.00
         B.   Reservations for the use of parks or park facilities must be made in advance and are subject to the approval of the Parks and Recreation Board, or its designee.
         C.   An all park or Park Special Event reservation requires an event permit application process.
         D.   All facility length of use shall include set up and tear down needs. Add rental time as needed.
         E.   A refundable fifty dollar ($50.00) or one hundred dollar ($100.00) security deposit, as shown in subsections (c)(1) to (4) hereof, to guarantee the cleaning and repair of parks and/or facilities will be imposed by the Parks and Recreation Board or its designee. The deposit will be not refunded if the park or facility is not left clean or if facilities are damaged. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the damage.
         F.   Disputes regarding scheduling of parks or park facilities, and disposition of security deposits, shall be mediated by the Parks and Recreation Board.
         G.   The City of Canal Fulton is exempt from the above stated fees. Any other exceptions to this section or waiver of fees must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Board.
         H.   The Parks and Recreation program fees shall be as determined by the Parks and Recreation Board.
