§ 51.08 COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
   Garbage, offal, refuse, rubbish, trash or any other and all commercial garbage or waste, as defined in § 51.01 above, shall be collected by the city or its agent at a negotiated interval, not less than weekly, at negotiated rates for hauling and disposal.
