§ 51.07 COLLECTION FROM RESIDENCES.
   The city, or its designated agent, shall collect from households at least once each week and at any other and additional times as designated by the City Clerk, or his or her designee, as the necessity of each particular case shall require garbage, offal and refuse, as defined in § 51.01 above, and as provided in other sections of this chapter relating to containers, preparation and the like.
