§ 54.025 CITY INSPECTIONS FOR SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL.
   (A)   Plans and permits accepted and issued by the city for site development shall be maintained on site throughout the duration of the project unless prior arrangements of a timely submittal to the MS4 have been made. The city's MS4 representative or their designee shall make site inspections as deemed necessary to ensure the EPSC measures are being properly implemented and maintained during construction of all level 2 permits.
   (B)   In addition, the MS4 representative or their designee shall enter the property of the applicant as deemed necessary to make regular inspections to ensure the validity of the reports filed under § 54.026. If minimum requirements of the EPSC Plan are not met, the permittee shall be notified and appropriate enforcement action shall be taken.
   (C)   The city's MS4 representative or their designee shall conduct a final inspection to insure compliance with all permit conditions prior to termination of the permit at the completion of the project.
   (D)   It is the responsibility of the permittee to implement and maintain all best management practices for each level 1 permit to the maximum extent practicable. The city will not inspect any level 1 permits.
