The permittee or his or her agent shall make regular inspections of all control measures to determine the overall effectiveness of the EPSC Plan and the need for additional control measures.
(A) Inspections shall be conducted every seven calendar days and after storm events of a half-inch or more of precipitation.
(B) Inspections shall be documented in written/electronic form and kept on the construction site unless prior arrangements of a timely submittal to the MS4 have been made.
(C) Completed inspection forms shall be available for the MS4 representative or their designee or KYDOW inspectors to review upon request during a site inspection.
