§ 110.23 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT.

No person shall construct an outdoor advertising sign without obtaining an outdoor advertising construction permit from the City Building Inspector. An outdoor advertising sign permit shall be required in addition to a building permit and any other permit or license required by law or ordinance.
