(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 110.15 through 110.26 shall be fined not more than $250; provided, however, that the violation has not been corrected within 90 days after notice of same. Display of an outdoor advertising sign in violation of §§ 110.15 through 110.26 within a different calendar month shall be a separate offense on a second conviction as to the same outdoor advertising sign as to the same provision of §§ 110.15 through 110.26.
