§ 110.16 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   An outdoor advertising display means an identification, description or illustration which directs attention to a product, person, business or service not offered or sold as the primary use, business or activity on the premises where it is located.
   (B)   An outdoor advertising display may not be erected or placed on any property which is zoned for either residential, historic or agricultural use, except as permitted by this subchapter.
   (C)   An outdoor advertising display may only be erected or placed in permitted areas. For purposes of this subchapter, PERMITTED AREAS shall be property adjacent to the rights-of-way of Kentucky Highways 210, 68 and 55.
