(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 92.01(B) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 per offense.

(C) Any person found guilty under § 92.02 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each occurrence, and in addition thereto, the city reserves all rights which they may have to claim damages against both the owner and/or the operator of a vehicle causing damage to the landscaping or edifices within the park.
