(A) The public use of the Robert L. Miller Park shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. All through traffic in the park shall be permitted to continue without interruption during all hours.
(B) No stopping of vehicles within the park shall be permitted between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
(C) No person shall be permitted within the boundaries of the park between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
