§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Upon conviction of any of the foregoing offenses in § 70.01, the offending party may be fined from $5 to $50 per offense.

   (C)   Any person found guilty under § 70.02 above shall be fined from $50 to $500 for each offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to arrest, and the violation of this section is hereby declared a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, a person shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100.
   (E)   (1)   Anyone violating the provisions of § 70.05 shall be subject to a fine of no less than $25 and no more than $150 for each violation, plus any court costs which may be imposed.
      (2)   Any person receiving three violations in a three-month period shall be subject to having their permit revoked for a period of not less than six months.
