(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sound an automobile horn except in an emergency, within the city limits.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate an outside mobile or stationary public address system, except in an emergency or a sanctioned public event or an auction sale within the city limits.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate a sound system within a motor vehicle in a manner so as to permit it to be heard outside that motor vehicle within the city limits, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and during worship services.
