There shall be no operation or use of a motorized vehicle on city park or recreational property for any non-essential use. This shall include, but is not limited to, the operation and use of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and other similar devices. This does not preclude the use of any such device as may become necessary by law enforcement or others in their official capacity, nor shall it preclude any such device being operated in conjunction with any event or activity sponsored or endorsed by the city.
