§ 31.03 POLICE OFFICERS SERVING AS OFF-DUTY SECURITY OFFICERS.
   Any officer of the County Police Department who serves during his off-duty hours as a private security guard, shall not be considered a County employee and thereby not entitled to Workmen’s Compensation.
