Pursuant to the authority granted under KRS 383.500, the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (hereafter called URLTA) as codified in KRS 383.505 to KRS 383.715, is hereby adopted and made applicable to all properties located within the territorial limits of the County. A copy of the URLTA applicable statutes is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the County.
