(A) In exercising the aforementioned powers, the
may, so long as such action is in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, reverse or affirm wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirements, decision, or determination as made by the
, from whom the appeal is taken.
(B) A simple majority of the quorum of the
, as established by regulation or agreement, shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, decision, or determination of the
, so long as such action is in conformity with the provisions of this chapter; or to decide in favor of the applicant or any matter upon which it is required to pass under this chapter, or to effect any variation in the application of this chapter.
(C) The details of the decision of the Board shall be forwarded to the Zoning Administrator's office.
(D) Decisions shall be forwarded to the applicant within 60 days.
