(A) The boundary lines of the three County Commissioner Districts and the three Magisterial Districts have been laid off so that all districts are compact, contiguous, and the population of each is as nearly equal as reasonably possible.
(B) Each district is reapportioned and laid off as follows:
(1) District 1 composed of the
voting precincts: Ft. Thomas B, C, E, F, H, I, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, Highland Heights A, Cold Spring A, B, E, Silver Grove, Melbourne, Camp Springs, Ross, Alexandria A, B, D, E.
(2) District 2 composed of the
voting precincts: Wilder, Johns Hill, Highland Heights B, C, D, E, Cold Spring C, D, F, Alexandria C, F, G, Claryville, Sun Valley, Grants Lick, Mentor, California.
(3) District 3 composed of the
voting precincts: Dayton A, B, C, Bellevue A, B, C, D, Ft. Thomas A, J, Newport A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, Southgate A, B, C, D.
(4) The estimated population of each district is as follows:
(a) District 1: 29,784
(b) District 2: 31,791
(c) District 3: 31,501
(C) The boundaries of each district as reapportioned is set forth on the map of Campbell County, Kentucky, attached to Ord. O-04-23, and incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
