§ 154.076 A-1 AGRICULTURE ZONE.
   (A)   Uses permitted. The following uses shall be permitted:
      (1)   Agricultural uses.
      (2)    .
      (3)    subject to the requirements of § 154.063 and KRS 100.203(4).
      (4)   Stands for sale of products that are raised, produced, and processed on the premises, provided that no roadside stands of any type for the sale or display of agricultural products shall be permitted within 50 feet from any street.
      (5)   Greenhouses and , including both wholesale and retail sales of products grown on the premises.
      (6)   Stables and riding academies, both and .
      (7)   Taxidermy and other related wildlife resources sales and services.
      (8)    and veterinary clinics.
      (9)    uses.
      (10)   Butcher/meat processing in connection with other agricultural activities.
   (B)   Accessory uses. The following accessory uses shall be permitted:
      (1)    and uses.
      (2)    and walls as regulated by §§ 154.165 through 154.172.
      (3)   Home-based businesses subject to the restrictions and limitations established in § 154.046.
      (4)    as regulated by §§ 154.185 through 154.192.
      (5)   The keeping of not more than four roomers or boarders by a resident .
      (6)   Living quarters for employed on a farm.
   (C)    . No or occupancy permits shall be issued for any of the following, nor shall any of the following uses or any and uses be permitted until and unless the location of said use shall have been applied for and approved of by the as set forth in § 154.049:
      (1)   Cemeteries.
      (2)   Churches and other accessory buildings for the purpose of recognized religious worship, providing they are located adjacent to an or or .
      (3)    .
      (4)   Police and fire stations provided they are located adjacent to an .
      (5)    and .
      (6)   Publicly owned and/or operated parks, playgrounds, golf courses, community recreational centers, including public swimming pools and libraries.
      (7)   Recreational uses, other than those publicly owned and/or operated as follows:
         (a)   Golf courses
         (b)   Country clubs
         (c)   Semi-public swimming pools
         (d)   Tennis courts/clubs
         (e)   Fishing lakes
         (f)   Gun clubs and ranges
         (g)   Boat harbors and
      (8)   Hospitals for human care, , sanitariums, homes for the aged, religious and charitable institutions, not including penal or correctional institutions; provided that any for patients shall be distant at least 200 feet from every adjoining in any residence and that the area of the parcel of land so occupied shall be no less than 10 acres;
      (9)    and ;
      (10)   Sanitary landfills as regulated by § 152.060.
      (11)   Commercial confined animal feed operations provided that any or tract of land in such use shall be not less than ten acres and that any or enclosure in which animals are kept shall be distant at least 400 feet from any in any residence , or any occupied by a other than a farm , or by any school, church, or any institution for human care;

      (19)      (ADU) with the following conditions:
         (a)   The shall consist of a minimum of five contiguous acres with a primary ;
         (b)   The ADU shall be limited to one unit and subordinate in area, extent, and purpose, to the primary ;
         (c)   The total living space of the ADU shall not exceed 1,000 square feet;
         (d)   The primary and the ADU must share the same driveway encroachment;
         (e)   Sufficient off-street parking must be provided for uses on the lot. A paved parking pad must be provided for the ADU;
         (f)   The driveway apron must be paved for a minimum of 12 feet;
         (g)   The unit may not be used for a home-based business; and
         (h)   The unit may not be held out to the public or used as a short or long-term rental.
   (D)   Area and height regulations for . No shall be erected or structurally altered hereafter except in accordance with the following regulations:
      (1)   Minimum , one acre.
      (2)   Minimum , 100 feet.
      (3)    , 50 feet.
      (4)    . Total: 25 feet; one side: ten feet.
      (5)    , 35 feet.
      (6)   Maximum , 35 feet.
   (E)   Area and height regulations for conditionally . No shall be erected or structurally altered hereafter except in accordance with the following regulations:

   (F)   Other development controls.
