§ 154.044 JUNKYARDS; LOCATION.

No shall operate any junkyard which is situated closer than 75 feet from the centerline of any county, state, federal, or limited access highway or turnpike, including bridges and bridge approaches. A permit for such operation shall have been obtained from the Kentucky Department of Transportation, Bureau of Highways, in accordance with KRS 177.905 through 177.950.
