The joint planning unit pursuant to KRS Chapter 100 which is hereby established or continued shall be the Campbell County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, which is hereinafter referred to as the Commission, and the same shall be jointly operated by the parties to this agreement in accordance with the following provision of this subchapter and in accordance with KRS Chapter 100.
