§ 151.48 STANDARDS FOR SHALLOW FLOODING ZONES.
   Located within the established in § 151.06, are areas designated as shallow areas. These areas have hazards associated with depths of one to three feet, where a clearly defined channel does not exist and the water path of is unpredictable and indeterminate, therefore, the following provisions apply:
   (A)   (1)   All and of residential shall:
      (2)   Have the lowest , including , elevated to or above either the or in the depth specified on the above the . In , if no depth is specified, the , including , shall be elevated no less than two feet above the .
   (B)   All and of   shall:
      (1)   Have the , including , elevated to or above either the or in the depth specified in the , above the . In , if no depth is specified, the , including , shall be elevated no less than two feet above the .
      (2)   Together with attendant utility and sanitary facilities be completely proofed either to the or above or, in , to or above the specified depth plus a minimum of one foot so that any space below that level is watertight with walls substantially impermeable to the passage of water and with structural components having the capacity of resisting hydrostatic and hydrodynamic loads and effects of buoyancy. Certification is required as stated in § 151.46(B).
