Any
who provides specific information to the Campbell County Police Department which leads to the citation or arrest, and conviction of individuals for stealing, defacing, destroying, damaging property owned by the Campbell County Fiscal Court and with the recommendation of the Public Safety Director and/or Chief of Police and the approval of the Fiscal Court, shall be entitled to a reward in the amount of $100 for misdemeanor conviction and $250 for a felony conviction for said information.
