Any
shall maintain possession of any used tangible property it acquires through the course of business in the
manner:
(A) A tag or label must be affixed to the property bearing the same number as the transaction related to that piece of property.
(B) The property must be held for a period of no less than seven calendar days after the date on which it was received or on which the property was entered into the
system, whichever is longer.
