§ 118.08 DEFINITION.
   The term TRANSIENT ROOM, as such term relates to the transient room tax, the special transient room tax, and the additional transient room tax heretofore or hereafter imposed, levied and/or enacted, shall have the same meaning and effect as contained within KRS 91A.350 et seq.
