Minimum public notice of any public meeting relating to the franchise shall be by publication at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation, in compliance with KRS Chapter 424, at least ten days prior to this meeting, posting at the Newport Courthouse, and by announcement on at least two of the highest-rated origination channels of the company's
between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., for five consecutive days prior to the meeting.
