ORDINANCE O-2-2002

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO CHAPTER 110, BUSINESS OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE, OF THE CAMPBELL COUNTY FISCAL COURT.

WHEREAS, The American Legal Publishing Corporation at Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 2000 supplement relating to Chapter 110 to the Code of Ordinances of the County of Campbell, Kentucky.

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Campbell County Fiscal Court to provide for the revision, addition, deletion of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances relating to Chapter 110, Business Occupational License.

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Campbell County Fiscal Court to adopt these updated sections provided for the above described enacted ordinances, in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Campbell County Fiscal Court:

Section 1. That the 2000 supplement relating to Chapter 110, Business Occupational Licenses, to the Code of Ordinances of the Campbell County Fiscal Court as prepared and submitted by the American Legal Publishing Company is hereby adopted by reference.

Section 2. That the original Code of Ordinances of Campbell County, Kentucky is revised, modified, and amended, and with deletions made where necessary, as provided by the 2000 supplement for Chapter 110 to the original Code of Ordinances of Campbell County, Kentucky. Further, The original Code of Ordinances in combination with the above described provisions of the 2000 supplement for Chapter 110 are available for viewing at the Campbell County Fiscal Court, Fiscal Court Building, 24 W. 4TH ST., Newport, KY.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.

Introduced, approved and given first reading on the 6th day of February, 2002.

Passed and adopted after the second reading by title and a summary given on the 20th day of February, 2002.
