For the purpose of this chapter, the
definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. A business within the where liquor, beer and/or wine is sold for consumption on the pursuant to a retail drink liquor and/or a retail cereal malt beverage .
LICENSE. A NQ Retail Malt Beverage Package license; a Quota Retail Package License; a NQ-4 Retail Malt Beverage Drink license; a Quota Retail Drink license; a Winery license; and Small Farm Winery license.
PLACE OF ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE. The license granted by the pursuant to KRS Chapter 231.
PREMISES. The land and building in and upon which any is carried on.
RETAIL LICENSEE. Any holder, including its officers and agent who sells at retail any alcoholic beverage for the sale of which a retail drink liquor and/or a retail cereal malt beverage liquor is required.
