The Fiscal Court designates the Campbell County Detention Center ("Detention Center") as the agency to operate the CCHIP that shall operate the CCHIP continuously 24 hours per day and seven days per week. The Detention Center is authorized to formulate the policies and procedures necessary to operate the CCHIP program as provided by the Kentucky Revised Statutes and this chapter.
