For the purposes of this chapter, the
definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AGREEMENT. Any agreement made pursuant to this chapter between the Campbell County Fiscal Court and an with respect to the lease of monitoring equipment and ongoing global positioning monitoring system ("GPMS") monitoring services for that equipment.

APPROVED COMPANY. Any selected from those companies that submitted a bid in response to the Invitation to Bid For GPMS and Alcohol Monitoring Equipment Leasing, Related Software and Monitoring Services whose bid has been approved by the Campbell County Fiscal Court.

ELIGIBLE COMPANY. Any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, sole proprietorship, business trust, or other legal entity that is engaged in the services described in the solicitation: CCDC-10, invitation to bid for GPMS and alcohol monitoring equipment leasing, related software and monitoring services.
