§ 97.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

In order to create an efficient level of supervision for those individuals who qualify for home incarceration creating a less restrictive means of monitoring individuals in the criminal justice system and minimizing the cost of such supervision to the taxpayers of Campbell County.
