§ 96.05 ENFORCEMENT.

Any police or other law enforcement issue a citation to any who commits a violation of this chapter in his presence. Any who knows, sees or otherwise has probable cause to believe that there has been a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter sign a criminal complaint against the responsible party for this violation of this chapter.
