§ 95.15 VIOLATIONS.

Any or entity violating this shall be punished as provided in § 95.99. Each road, sidewalk, water line, or sewer line cut, excavated, or altered shall be deemed a separate offense. Further, the County Judge/Executive , if he deems it necessary, to protect the public ways and public utilities of the , revoke a previously issued permit or decline to issue other permits to any who has violated this chapter.
