§ 95.10 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this , the definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERMITTEE.  Includes and applies to any or entity on behalf of whom the work being done under the permit is to be performed, and the application for such permit shall be signed by such or entity in addition to the or entity actually doing the work.
